The approach

Organizational psychology looks at a workplace the way clinical psychology looks at a person: as a system with its own history, pressures and patterns. How decisions are made, how load is distributed, how safe people feel saying what they see — these questions shape both how people feel at work and what the work itself becomes.

Every intervention starts by understanding the specific organization — its context, its constraints, its people — rather than applying a ready-made programme. The work is confidential, grounded in organizational research, and built with you: the aim is a workplace where doing good work and staying well stop being competing goals.
