The data we collect
Contact form: name, email address, chosen location, and message. Newsletter: email address. WhatsApp: if you choose that channel, the exchange is processed by WhatsApp; we only receive what you write to us. We collect no browsing data for advertising purposes — the site uses no tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To answer your requests and organize appointments (pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest). To send you the newsletter if you subscribed (consent — you can unsubscribe at any time, in one click). To comply with legal obligations where applicable.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not run targeted advertising. We only collect what is necessary for the service you ask of us.
Service providers
Email delivery: Resend. Messaging: WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose that channel. Maps: OpenStreetMap (embedded content — your IP address is transmitted to OSM when the map loads). Website hosting: [host to be confirmed before going live].
Retention periods
